Early morning view in East Harbor State Park.I went to East Harbor State Park this morning, not sure of what I wanted to do. Ran into Guide and park assistant manager Chris Ashley, who had no one for his birding trip so off we went. We spent the morning wandering through the mowed trails and roads, coming on to pockets of warblers, cardinals, chickadees and families of Cedar Waxwings. Later in the morning as the birding slowed down more people showed up. Here is Chris on the left giving directions to someone.
It was a nice morning.
